Since March 2017, Grace has suffered from a little known condition called Reflex Anoxic Syncope. This is a disorder of the autonomic system inhibiting blood flow from the heart. It often leads to a sudden and immediate faint like collapse – anytime and anywhere, without warning. This walk is for her!
